I love that U.S. government had names like Project Blue Book or Project Serpo for their very secret missions. I promised more about Dulce Base in my previous blog and here it is. Dulce, NM on the surface is a sleepy little town about 7000 feet in elevation on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. About 900 people call the town home.
In the early 1960’s there was a secret mission called Operation Plowshare. Plowshare was the name given for a mission that allowed the government to develop techniques to use nuclear explosives for peace constructive purposes, shortened to PNE. So they would go out to the New Mexico desert and blow up nuclear devices in order to see if they could use them and control them for other projects. Officials stated they wanted to bring water to where there was only parched dirt and sand.
Technically they used it for rock blasting, stimulation of tight gas, manufacturing of chemical elements like Curium 250 and even unlocking the R-process stellar nucleosynthesis. It also helped in mining. (1)(2) The government seemed to want to turn inhospitable areas of the planet in to areas that could be utilized for human existence.
Every time I write one of these blogs I feel as if I have to research 3 or 4 other topics, because one topic leads to another of which I know absolutely nothing about. The other term that I will utilize tonight and explain in subsequent blog isD.U.M.B.s. This is short for Deep Underground Military Bases. Dulce Base is one of these. There many all over the country. They are one of the governments best kept secrets, employ thousands of workers sworn to secrecy and operate to this very day. Dulce is an underground base that utilizes human and alien interaction under the Archuleta Mesa, which borders New Mexico and Colorado. The base is thought to be the largest Reptilian and Gray alien base in America where they conduct experiments including: atomic manipulation, cloning, mind control, animal/human crossbreeding, chip implantation and abduction and feeding off of humans.
The base came to fame because of an Albuquerque businessman named Paul Bennewitz. President of Thunder Scientific Labs, he worked on electronic instruments. He also photographed UFO’s. Mr. Bennewitz stated he established a communication link to the underground base at Dulce. He had seen the aliens on a video screen (via a computer-radio-video link he developed using hexadecimal code after tapping into their ship-to-base communications frequency (Paul himself developed equipment for the Space Shuttles). The aliens were transmitting signals from a base under the Archuleta Mesa. (3)
William Moore was a renowned Ufologist during the 70’s and 80’s. He was part of a government activity to discredit Bennewitz’s claim that there was a network of bases underground connected by tunnels. Moore said the government was planting disinformation. If one were to believe that Paul was the source of reports on the Dulce Facility, then it could also be a tactical maneuver to discount and discredit Paul’s allegation of an underground base if such reports were meant to remain secret. Then the actual disinformation maneuver would be to dis-inform the public and NOT a single individual. (4) John Lear claimed he had independent confirmation of the underground base at Dulce. It seems Mr. Paul Bennewitz was not the only source of information.
Thomas Castello, a former security officer at Dulce in the late 1970’s stated the base was operated by reptilian aliens and their cast workers, the greys. His story was the most disturbing of all I read. He presented a layout of the base; it was set up like a wheel from a central hub. It also stacked one floor on top of the other like a Hopi Kiva. The tunnels run all over including to Los Alamos, New Mexico.
Thomas discovered while working with the aliens that many humans were used in their experiments and kept below at the base. At one point he got the name of one and did some discreet research. He found that the man was a listed as a missing person in his home town. Another employee approached Thomas who took him down a side hallway. He was approached by two other people that told him, “the people were not retarded (their excuse for experimenting on them) they were instead heavily sedated victims of abduction”. After taking some documentation, including photographs from the base, and having the government take his wife and son, Thomas Castello went on the run for the rest of his life. (5) So are you creeped out yet?
Now this would seem really weird, but there is evidence of a base under the new Denver International Airport. There is an underground facility in Northern No. Dakota. There are underground facilities under Area 51 and even the White House has underground bunkers. So how implausible is this? There is so much information about Dulce that a book could be written about it. In a later blog I will discuss other sites, or the other D.U.M.B.s.
